Clickworker.com has recently been awarded the account with Groupon GmbH, a market leader in online retail vouchers. Groupon will benefit from the clickworker.com’s workers expertise in the fields of text generation and search engine optimisation (SEO).

Clickworker.com reported they were approached by Groupon GmbH to produce SEO texts for descriptions of their retail deals for consumers. The project will include several thousand texts and will be written in numerous languages including Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Turkish and Romanian.

Groupon GmbH reported they have ambitions to expand on their already strong positioning in search engine rankings. In Groupon’s announcement, Jess Hohmann from Groupon GmbH explained the decision by employing clickworker.com: “Groupon requires an enormous volume of texts in the field of SEO. Coming to clickworker.com was the obvious choice because cooperation with the company is incredibly easy and absolutely effective. In particular we were impressed by the excellent quality of the SEO texts and the validation process.”

Clickworker.com has over 100,000 users with approximately 48% of their users being located in Groupon’s key market areas. Clickworker.com advised for employees to be able to qualify for this project they will be subject to a qualification test with a minimum pass rating of “very good” before they’ll be allowed to work on Groupon’s text generation projects. Clickworker.com has advised all texts submitted on the Groupon project will be checked for plagiarism to ensure the texts generations are truly unique.
