Freelancer.com surpasses US$60 million in outsourced work to date, rockets into the top 400 websites worldwide
Freelancer.com, the world’s largest outsourcing marketplace, today reached a whopping US$60 million in outsourced work. Additionally, on July 13th Freelancer.com broke into the top 400 most visited websites globally at position #396 (according to Alexa.com).
“As of today, over US$60 million worth of work has been successful outsourced through Freelancer.com. Web traffic to Freelancer.com has rocketed in the last year, with its worldwide Alexa rank shooting up from 5000th to around 400th today. “We’ve outsourced almost three quarters of a million jobs through the site to date.” said Barrie. “This has provided a huge amount of value to small businesses worldwide by increasing their competitiveness and lowering their costs.” he continued.
