As a Buyer, your ratings are seen only by registered Sellers when you shortlist them for a contract. Once you have registered as a Buyer, you are able to use our location facility. You will be able to sort your chosen Sellers/Providers by location, to see a list of Sellers/Providers from the closest to the farthest away from you. People4Business.com set a limit of 5 Sellers/Providers per assignment. However, if you have contacted a Seller on your shortlist and decided that they are not suitable, you can remove them from your shortlist. After 24 hours you are then able to add another Seller/Provider to your shortlist and access their contact details.
For Providers
Registration is simple and completely free. It costs you absolutely nothing to register. You can choose to become a Premier Member – you’ll benefit from enhanced listings, with a more prominent entry and twice as much space for your brief description. You’ll also get top position in Buyers’ searches and you will be featured in “Contractor Showcase” People4 home pages. Premium membership costs 7
5 Pounds (plus VAT) for a year. You need to be a registered Seller/Provider to apply for an assignment. Details of assignment that have been posted but not yet filled, are put up on People4Business.com job board. You can then apply by sending a short message to the Buyer. The buyer will contact you if they are interested. Check daily for new assignments.
